After receiving a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Michigan Sate University, Michelle McMillan began her career as a Media Consultant. She developed an effective skill set as a dynamic Marketing Director and Sales Strategist. However, after four years, it became evident that something was missing. She decided to leave her world of board meetings and benchmark goals, and combine her love of the beauty industry with her passion for helping others. She received her education in cosmetology and skincare at the highly accredited Avenue Five Institute in Austin, TX where she earned her official Sassoon Cutting Certification.

Michelle has now been in the beauty industry for nine years. She received advanced makeup training under celebrity makeup artist James Ryder, and hair training through Bumble and Bumble. She’s been the lead stylist on over 300 weddings, and has styled events for Austin Fit Magazine, Tribeza Magazine, Cellucor Fitness, Farenheit Nutrition, Austin Fashion Week, Texas Conference for Women and various others.
